What payment plans do you offer?
We offer construction-linked plans, flexible down-payment schemes and pre-EMI options. Our banking desk works with SBI, HDFC, ICICI and eight other lenders to secure the best rates for you.
How do you guarantee on-time delivery?
Construction is milestone-mapped before launch, funded through escrow as mandated by RERA, and reported to buyers with photographs every week. In fifteen years we have never missed a committed possession date.
Can NRIs invest in your projects?
Absolutely. Our dedicated NRI desk manages documentation, power of attorney, repatriation guidance and virtual site visits end to end. A large share of Sky Towers residents purchased from overseas.
